Random, yet frequent, error shuts down Explorer

I have had a problem haunting me for several days now. I
have even gone as far as to remove Explorer, and reinstall
the entire program. This fix lasted the better part of a
day, then once again my troubles returned. The frequency
has reached about everyother search. I receive the
following error and the Explorer shuts down. If anyone
has ANY ideas I am at my limited wits end.

Again, it seems to occure at random times, but mainly
while conducting a search.

I'm having the same problem, but Explorer asks me if I
want to sent a report. I have did so over half a dozen
times in the past two days. If anyone can help, please
let us know.

Have you installed any sort of a "dialler" (or anything else) from your ISP
(BT~~~)? What are you doing when this error occurs?

IE Help>About>Update Versions> is Q818529 installed?

If either Yahoo Companion (Toolbar) or Google Toolbar is installed,
uninstall it via Add/Remove Programmes.
