Radeon 9800XT or NVidia 6600GT? 128meg AGP

It depends.

The 9800XT gets its ass kicked in Doom3.

But something freaky happens in Unreal Tournament 2004. Perhaps
something to do with rendering path ? Perhaps not the same
path is used due to differences in the version of DirectX
hardware support. The first chart is still shocking, with the
9800XT at the top of the chart.

If all you play is UT2004, in a small window, the choice is
clear :)

This data is from a Polish web page. The 6600GT data is for
the PCI Express version, and they don't list the AGP version
of the card.

For the newer games, the 6600 GT is a far better selection since it is based
on newer standards and technology.
