quick formatted hard disk 1 and now I can't access hard disk 3

I just formatted my main hard disk and now I have 2 new problems. I can no
longer access hard disk # 3, (#2 there is no problem) and I get an error
message that there is no driver found for a mass storage device. I am really
frustrated, and have tried everything I can think of. This is a VPR Matrix,
2.4 GHz, 1.00 GB RAM, RAID-ready system. I tried to do a system restore prior
to formatting the HDD, but it wouldn't restore. I transfered all of my files
to HDD #3 to save them and now I still don't have. (Sorry for the whining
it's been a long day). I vaguely remember having to change something in the
bios to enable all the HDD to work, but when I tried that this morning, the
computer wouldn't reboot to windows, only an error message.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

More information please.

Did you enable RAID?
How many physical hard drives?
Any partitioning?
Any logical drives?
etc...?
