Query by form to return 1 record, displayed in another form.Can I

Hi there

I would like to be able to query by form (with criteria based on a number of
fields) to select just one record, and for that chosen record to be displayed
in another form where the user can edit the details.

Is this possible? So far I can only find tips on how to display in
datasheet view.
