QoS Management console

I am setting up the QoS Management console for subnet.

I am not sure on this my subnet is 255.255.255.0 right now
on the static ip's for the 2 servers. So do i enter the ip
255.255.255.0 in the spot it says to enter? The example is
192.168.4.0/24 help please.
