This is my first thread and I need help
I work as an operator manager in hotel in my city and we use hotel manager software created by local programmer... any way the problem is sometimes we need to modify info belong to any customers or delete a customer from the database without recording the process or find this modification process recorded in our records that appears on the program's reports. "Daily reports,...etc"
I tried to do that on the database (Microsoft Access) and after saving the file nothing change in the daily income report on the program for example, is there any wrong with my editing way or is there any file I missed to edit ? please help
