PST conversion: 2002 to 2003

I had Outlook XP (2002) installed, upgrade to 2003 and the file format
remains at XP. I know that's more compatible, but - apart from creating a
new 2003 .PST and copying everything to it (within Outlook 2003), isn't
there a stand-alone utility to convert up to the new file format?

Can I do this programmatically, using the Outlook object model?

(I hope these are the appropriate news forums)

No, there's no utility. You could write something to do it programmatically,
but using File | Import and Export is probably a whole lot faster.

Just create a new Outlook 2003 .pst file and drag and drop items from the
old to the new.
