I am having a problem with PrintShopPro 8 shortcut. I
tried to install psp7 and failed and now when I use the
shortcut to psp8. I starts windows installer for psp7.
I don't have psp7 on the computer. Eventually I get psp8
to open. I have uninstalled psp8 reinstalled removed it
from the registry and reinstalled and I stall get the
same problem. I don't know how to fix it without
reformatting. How stable is windows xp. It's an
upgrande with windows 98se. I have talked to the maker
of psp8. They have no answers I haven't already tried.
Is there any other answer but to reinstall windows xp. I
have had it installed about three months. I just don't
know what else to do. I have a gateway 700 performance
pentium 3 with 256 k memory.
