Access Property sheet takes forever to load

In access 2016, the property sheet takes forever to load. It seems to paint pixel by pixel from left to right, and repaints every time I move the vertical slide bar. It is making program development very difficult

Hi John welcome to PCR, join in, sorry I do not have the answer to your question but one of our IT specialist's will have a answer I would hope. By the way I guess you are running Microsoft OS is it Windows 7, W8.1 or W10.
