Programme scuts down when adding effect

Hi
I have downloaded Windows Movie Maker 2. Each time I try to insert an
video-effect or video-transition the program closes itselfs. What's the
problem? My computerrequirements schould be enough (see below). Does someone
know a solution? Thanks!
