Program to change resolution for each user

Hello All,
I would like to change resoltion when a I log on to a user account I have
created for playing games and DVD's, my machine isnt the fasyesy and this
account has nothing running in the background. The software I am using, does
the job but rearranges all the icons when I log back into the normal
account.
I am thinking of something in the startup of each user where I can set the
resolution with a command line instruction.
Any thoughts?

I dont think that is possible without adding it to the
windows code its self and i believe thats a copyright
infringment and somewhat of a near impossible feat.
