Program can not be removed

I am using Windows XP professional version. Recently from
a website named www.look2me.com (a site to rate pics) a
program has been auto downloaded to my computer
called "SimilarSingles". It has put an entry in windows
taskbar -> tray -> toolbars -> SimilarSingles as well.

There is no program removal entry in Add/Remove list. Now
I have removed the program several time from within
inside the program using "Remove this program". But
program some times reappear on connecting to internet.
The Toolbar entry in Task bar tray (When you right click
and choose toolbars) "SimilarSingles" is still there and
cannot be removed.

When ever computer starts soon after that the Internet
Connection request is being made by "www.look2me.com" and
everytime I have to cancel it.

Please tell me how to completly remove the annoyed
website's (www.look2me.com) entries from my computer as
well the "SimilarSingles" program's each and every bit
from my computer.

Please mail me the suggestions. I have removed all the
entries of "look2me" and "SimilarSingles" from the
windows registy using REGEDIT but entries in Registry
reappear.

Please help me out

Hello!
There are three options.And you must apply all the options:
1]Go to Search option and type the name of the prgram and
find out it's locations and remove them manually.
2]Install Regcleaner,it's an excellent junk registry cleaner.

3]Use spybot to remove any suspected spywares.
