I've create a template at work with a lot of Quick Part functions stored in template modes. This template is distributed as zip via our internet-based file server.
When my colleagues open a new document based on the template everything works perfectly, but problems occur if they close the document. If the do so, all Quick Parts functions are lost (it is as if the document doesn't inherrit the settings of the template - pardon my non-technical language).
Is it true that functions stored in Quick Parts in the template don't work after the document based on the template is closed (or am I doing something wrong?)?
