Problem with Windows XP -> Home networking

Hello,
I have 3 computers in a small home network (comp1,comp2 and comp3),
all using Windows XP Pro. I can see and ping all machines from all the
computers. But: I can only browse comp1 from all computers. When I try
to browse comp2 or comp3, I get the error message underneath. I try to
copy the settings from comp1 as much as possible, but no success.

I have tried "all tricks" found on the Internet, e.g.:
- Enable NetBios over TCP/IP
- Disable firewall
- Enable DHCP
- Chosen advanced folder options. In the security-tab, I can't find
and add other users than my local users.
- When I disable my 'Guest'-account, a box that requires username and
password appear when I try to browse the workgroup computers. I don't
have a clue what username and password to type...

I really hope there are some XP / network expert out there that
recognizes my problem, and is able to help.

Error message:
\\"machine name" is not accessible. You might not have permission to
use this network resource. Contact the administrator of this server to
find if you have access permissions. Logon failure: the user has not
been granted the request logon type at this computer.

Windows 2000 & XP pro require a login to create a security ID (SID) to
determine access to recourses. With a server (Windows 2000 Server) you
login once to access everything on the network. With out a server (As
you described your network) you must do one of two things.

1. Create a user account on every machine with the same login NAME &
PASSWORD
2. Enter a valid Username & Password for the machine that the shared
resource is located.
