Problem with custom.mst file and outlook after install.

I've built a custom.mst file for our office 2003 install. It works great. The
only real settings I have is to make it auto setup the users account when
they launch outlook. After this is done outlook works great but the Contacts
is not set as an outlook address book. When you go to check the setting on it
is all grayed out and can't be checked. Any idea why this is and how to fix
it?

There is a problem with some installations where the Outlook Address Book is not installed in the mail profile. Users can add it manually with the Tools | E-mail Accounts dialog. I've also heard that Microsoft Support has a script to add it, so you might want to file a support incident.
