Problem sending email to one recipient

EJ

Out of all the e-mails we send, we have one recipient who
is not getting our e-mails. We checked with our
provider, Yahoo, and they suggested we try sending
directly from Yahoo and see if he gets the e-mail - he
does. This leads us to realize that there is a problem
sending to him from Outlook only, but I can't figure out
where or what is the problem. This recipient used to
always receive our e-mail but about a month or so ago he
stopped getting them. Since we are able to send direct e-
mails from Yahoo's e-mail, the problem is clearly
something in Outlook.

Does anyone have any ideas on this?

If he's a conact in your Contacts folder, open his entry. Double-click his
email address. At the bottom of that dialogue box should be a drop-down
labeled "Internet format". If it says to always send in Rich Text, try
changing it to plain text.

What version of Outlook are you using? Do you get any error messages when
you send to this person?
