Problem opening 'outlook.pst' (IM Only mbox)

Hello,

I have an outlook.pst mbox that I tried to open via
'File->Open->Personal Folder File(pst)' and I am getting the following
message "Properties for this Information Service
must be defined prior to use". I've check that 'outlook.pst' is not
read-only. Any idea?

You should create new profile and add the pst file as a personal folder.

Look at the subject. The OP is running Outlook in Internet Mode Only. That
means there is no way to add a new profile, at least via Control Panel.
