Printing from Reading Pane

Ongoing HelpDesk issue.

Using Outlook 2003, executive tries to print email directly from Reading
Pane. Graphs, charts, pictures, jpgs and such display properly in Reading
Pane but usually fail to print. This is not a problem when the print is
submitted from an opened email.

Can not locate any documentation "why" this is so.

Does he get any error messages when this happens?

I have the same problem. getting a runtime error. I am using Outlook 2003
SP2 and WinXP Professional SP2. No problem if I open up the e-mail in its
own window and then hit Print.

never mind. I just saw the similar thread posted earlier. I also just
installed IE7 beta 3 but I don't want to remove it just for this. is there
another solution?

Not that I've found so far...Uninstalling IE7b3 appears to be the only fix
for the problem.
