Printing Appointments in Calendar

Hi
I want to print appointments in calendar and give an appointment card with
companies logo to our customer.
There is a Memo style in calandar that prints the appointments. But you
can't add or change the name of provider and I don't want to print End of
Appointment either. is there a way to change the memo style.

The only changes possible are those that you see on the dialog for editing the style.
