Printer won't print color font but will print color graphics

I just started a new job and can't figure out the printer. It will print
color logos, highlighting, etc., but won't print colored fonts. Any ideas?

I don't think it's a problem with the document itself because other people
are able to print it in full color. I'm thinking it has something to do with
the way the printer is seeing the Word document or something. Thanks for
your input
