Printer Problem on the non-joined domain computer

Dear all,

I have a lot of Notebook computer in my office network which haven't join
the domain. The problem is user have to re-connect the network printer
every time when they turn on the computer. Printer icon is show but just
lost the connection, can anyone advice how can I solve this problem, the
only thing is those notebook is not allow to join the Domain.

Install the Internet Information Server on the Print
Server and allow Web Printing.
