Windows XP Printer need to delete and reinstall just can use

I am facing a problems. i am in the organization. i have a network printer which is connect to a USB of PC-A.
every time when i want to print, i need to delete the printer, and re add in the pritner first.then only can printer.
when i restart my pc again. i cant print it already. then i need to reinstall the printer again. then only can printer.
everyday i repeat the same problems. is so annoying.
