Have friends, they say there computer continues to print and print.
They finally let it finish, but now say when they print a document, it
prints the same thing over and over. I had them purge all documents, but
when they do a new one, says it does a new one the same, with several
copies.
She says there is only 1 copy listed in the preferences, they have an hp
printer.
I said it probably has multiple pages or something listed?
Any suggestions on things to check. Had them unplug it from the computer,
and it won't print.
