Print the current selected record how?

Hi guys

I've created a telephone log system whereby when someone in our office takes a phone call, they enter all the details of that phone call and then each user has an "inbox" where they can see all phone calls taken on their behalf. This all works well and good, however I have one annoying problem with a report

To print a telephone log entry you have to press a button which displays a dialogue box asking for the ID of the log you want to print. This is all well and good and works, but I want to make it so that you can just simply press the preview report button and the currently displayed entry will print out without the need to type in the ID. Can this be done and if so how?? Thanks guys, this forum has been extremely helpful in my projects so far.
