Print Spooler Not Found and Spooler Not Running Errors

I recently installed AT&T Global Newtwork Client-VPN, and PC-Duo Control so I
can access my work PC from home. Since then I have been unable to print. I
get several different error messages: "Operation could not be completed. The
print spooler service is not running", or "Printer not found." I have started
the spooler manually, and my printer will try to print, but can not. The
spooler is set to automatic. I can not reinstall my printer because I get the
print spooler service has been stopped error message when attempting to
reinstall from the install CD.

PLEASE HELP!!
