Preventing local and remote users from kicking each other off

Hello,

Is there any way to configure Windows XP to prevent local
and remote desktop users from locking each other out when
one of them is actively using the PC? I'm picturing a
check box like this:

(_) Prevent local or remote user from taking over session
unless current session user has been idle for (xx) minutes.

"idle" meaning no keyboard or mouse use.

The scenario is that we have a workstation dedicated to a
particular application and staff use it a few minutes at a
time much like a kiosk. The staff members use the same
user name on this workstation so the session is never
closed. We'd like to allow some people to access the
workstation by Remote Desktop as well, but can we keep
them from unintentionally disrupting each other?

Thanks,

Chris O.
