Prevent Unauthorized XP User

I had two admin accounts with passwords thinking my XP Home computer was
unaccessable. However, a friend of mine was able to access my system be
starting the computer in safe mode, then creating a new user with
administrator rights. Is there anyway to prevent this? If not, is there
anyway at all to absolutely keep people from accessing your computer. Please
help..

Maybe you would like to give the "Administrator" account a password as this
was the account used to access safe mode.

Don't let them in your house, especially if he did all that without your
permission, because he/she is really not your friend.

And you might just want to change your passwords on your two accounts,
and make sure that THE "Administrator" account has a password that you
"friend" can't figure out.

The reserve account called Administrator, which you only get at a Safe
Mode logon screen, by default has no password. From any admin account,
Start - Run - the line
control userpasswords2
and Highlight Administrator - Click Reset Password and set one up for
it. (and make sure you do not forget it). Also remove the unwanted
account
