Pressing the Colon sign displays the at sign

Everytime i press the the colon sign, the at sign (@)
comes up and vice versa. Can someone please help?

Set your keyboard language to your language. You are set as an UK keyboard and you seem to have a US keyboard.

Regional And Language Options in Control Panel.

It isn't that unfortunately: In mapping between UK and US it is @ and
" that swap - colon is the same in both. So it sounds more like a
keyboard hardware problem. I'd suggest borrowing another keyboard to
test
