Possible browser hijack attempt??

The Hijacker changes the settings in Internet Explorer
and it becomes part of the problem. Once you get rid of
the hijackers there are usually more than one.....
Download Mozilla Firefox at:
www.mozilla.com

You will not have the problems with this browser you do
with the IE browser because it doesn't use ActiveX which
the hijackers use to modify the browser.

Or, you could open Microsoft AntiSpyware, go to Advanced Tools > Browser
Restore click "Check All" and click Restore.
