Pop-Up Reminders vs. Sound Reminders

Yes. Go to the Tools menu and click Options. Click the
Other tab. Then click Advanced Options. Click Reminder
Options at the bottom right hand side. Select the Display
the reminder check box. This should create a written
reminder that pops up on your screen. You have to be in
Outlook for the reminder to pop up.
