Point-to-Point protocol in .NET??

Does anyone know if there is some kind of implementation of this
protocol buiried somewhere in the .NET framework, or even somewhere in
COM?

I have been struggling to build a PPP server, but unless I want to
write my own implementation of the protocol, it seems impossible.
