PLUG-IN TO CONVERT POWERPOINT SLIDES TO 35MM SLIDES

Where can I find a plug-in that I can add to PowerPoint to convert slides to
35mm. I once worked at a research center and we would choose 35mm from a
dropdown menu and then send the file to the photo lab.

I can't seem to find anything on the web.

Thank you, but the site you directed me to does not have the plug-in (only
info on how to prepare your bitmap for turning it into a 35mm slide).

The plug-in that was used in the PowerPoint program did all of that. It was
automatic, fool-proof and quick. That's what I'd like to find.

I understand. I'm just suggesting that a call to a couple of photo labs or to
your previous employer might help you track down the specialized add-in you've
used in the past.

I believe that you may be refering to the Genigraphics interface that
used to come as part of powerpoint. I do not know if there are any
Genigraphics service bureaus around, but there are still slide imaging
service bureaus around the US and Canada. Most slide imaging services
can make slides directly from your powerpoint file. You may want to
change the page layout to 35mm slides from on-screen.

Yes that's it. I couldn't remember the name and thought it was a plug-in! Now
I know why I can't find it anywhere!

Thanks!

We still use Genigraphics for all of our 35mm slide output because
they have the best color matching of anyone we've tried and they use
good pin registered mounts. The plug-ins in PowerPoint aren't
supported by Microsoft anymore so we just order from the Genigraphics
website. I've also had them make poster size prints from my slide
files and had good results with that too.
