I am not a computer wiz at all, I recently got online for the first time and
upgraded my media player to media player11. Everything seems great but when I
go to burn a cd, wich always worked before, the second I hit burn, the error
box pops up, I click web help, after a long wait I get error code C00D10DA
and it says there is no further information available. When I click technical
details it does reference that it may or may not be related to an earlier
error, that I was not aware of, 80040155. All I want to do is burn a cd. Does
anyone know what I should do? I am running xp pro pack2. I have over 4000
songs in my media player and I use it all the time and this is the first
problem I have had. I am not a wiz and am naturally blond so please be easy
on me.

Try this page :

http://zachd.com/pss/pss.html#errcodes

Also :

http://www.google.com/search?source...:en-US&ie=utf8&oe=utf8&q=error+code+C00D10DA+

Try this as a cure : Start > Run > type in "run regsvr32.exe wmp.dll"
without the inverted commas then hit enter.

Try re-installing WMP11 on top of itself.

Cheers,
Jerry
