Outlook Please help, outlook 2003 error

everytime try to open outlook i get a strange message: "the add in C/progr/spambl-1 bin /477 `1 o/sbolext.dll . Could not be installed or loaded." I tried to fix it by uisng the detect and repair on the help menu but nothing change. Any open e-mail i try to use a e-mail link i can't go online, for some reason is going search on my filles. Any body can help me with? thank you

Have you googled your problem or seen what the microsoft knowledge base comes up with??
