Pivot Table does not Filter Result

When creating a "filter" on pivot table, my results within the table are not
filtered. I select only 2 Managers, but the results are for all managers.

Sometimes the filter works and other times it doesn't. Ideas?

This is an EXCEL 2007 file.

If I drag Year to the Report Filter and then select 1998 and 1999
(equivalent to your 2 managers) I get:-

Accessories 4,997
Kitchen Shop 5,000
Leather Goods 4,500
Perfume 1,000
Additional Comments 1,600
Grand Total 17,097

All the above numbers check out OK.

Looks OK to me.
