Pioneer DVD - RW DVR- 105

I have a Pioneer DVD - RW DVR - 105 - It seems to have
stopped working. Device manager claims it is working
properly but it will not read or write any kind of media -
either in XP or Nero. It has copied CDs in the past but
not consistantly. I have reinstalled drivers and
followed the troubleshoots offered by XP. Any further
suggestions would be gratefully received. On putting a
disc in it it hangs, flashing the little CD icon, but
nothing further happens. On trying to copy it will not
recognise a disc in the drive. Many thanks

I currently have the same problem. Been trying for days
to correct it but no luck. Did you ever find out how to
bring it back alive? thanks.

You might have to update the programdrivers for the DVD-RW with the ones
provided by Ahead Nero.
