I have Windows XP Home and am having troubles
with "seeing" a folder that I have created on my
computer. I have a Smart Media card reader which I use
in conjunction with the Camera Wizard in Windows to copy
pictures onto my hard drive. I make folders with the "mm-
dd-yyyy" format under my "My Pictures" folder. I have
been doing this for a few months now and today I had a
problem where after downloading the photos Windows
Explorer didn't see them. I can search for them with
the "search" tool in the start menu and I find the
pictures and they are where I expect to see them (in "\My
Pictures\mm-dd-yyyy" folder) but Explorer doesn't show
the folder. I have clicked "Refresh" and even restarted
the machine and it still doesn't display. Any
suggestions? I haven't noticed any other problems.
