You could type the PartNumber in the cell, then insert the picture into a
Comment Box attached to the cell........the Comment Box can be sized to suit
and left visible, or hidden to appear only when the cell is "moused
over"......the Comment Box will follow the cell whever it goes by adding or
deleting rows, sorting, etc.......

Left click on a cell.....
Right click > Insert Comment.......this creates a Comment Box
Click on the border of the comment box to select it.......
Click on the arrow button next to the Fill Color button on the Drawing
Toolbar
Select "Fill Effects" > Picture tab > Select Picture button
Pick a picture from file > Insert > OK........

That gets the Comment box and a picture in it........then while it's
highlighted it can be sized by dragging one of the corners........and hidden
by Right Click > Hide comments..........

Debra Dalgleish taught me this one a long time ago........thanks Deb
