Whenever i send out normal jpeg photos regular size they arrive broken into
up into smaller files. I have tried turning off my email scanner, and i have
ensured that the block images and other content box is not checked under
inbox tools. When I open any of the files and check properties I see that
the message that ithe file came from another computer and might be blocked.

Any suggestions on what I need to do to fix this problem. This only effects
pictures I send out

I am not sure. Just a guess that the file sizes are too large.
Try resizing first.

Image Resizing

To decrease the size of the file for e-mail, web publishing, etc.

Go to this site and download the free Image Resizer. Exe file in one of your
folder.

http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/pro/downloads/powertoys.asp

Once in your folder, double click on it to install it.

Once installed, you right click on a photo file (or on a group of selected
photo files).

Click on Resize image on the opening menu.

A window will open, select the size you want.

New files will be added in your folder, same name as original file but with
the word (small) or (custom) added.

The first time you use it, you may not see Resize image on the opening menu
after you right click on a photo file or if you see it and click on it, it
may not work. If so, do the following:

Click on Run, click on Start and type the following in the textbox:

REGSVR32 SHIMGVW.DLL

and press the Enter key.

Note that there is a space between ...32 and SHI.

You should get a "success" message after pressing the Enter key.

Also, you can download a free photo editing software from here to resize
pictures and edit photos:

http://irfanview.com/

or another free software:

www.faststone.org

From this last one, you can directly e-mail a picture and it will
automatically resize it.

Another free one to do the same is:

www.picasa.com

Picasa has a nice feature to exchange pictures with friends under "Hello" as
well as automatically resize pictures for e-mail

Many of the Mail and news servers require that the larger files (pictures in
this case) be broken up and sent in segment or blocks.
A mail/news client usually has settings that can change this behavior to
match the capabilities of the destination mail/news server.

The send to client needs the capability to put the parts back together. Some
clients expect the file as an attachment. Others can handle it if it was
merged into the mail/news document.

Outlook express supports both methods.

ADDITION:

I can now send pics to myself. WHen I attach the pics and they return they
are downloaded into segments. Now my outlook express puts them back together
.. HOwever when I send pics to others they still come through broken up into
small packets. ANy ideas?
