Performing a clean install of win2000 advanced server

Hi i'am wanting to perform a clean install of win2000
advance server on a machine that has win2000 professional
already installed on it

What is the best way of doing this??
Does anyone have any decent info to help me out

Boot the CD-ROM and select setup.
When offered, delete and create/format the c:\ partition.
