Perfnet Error

[Warren]

It seems that there is a "perfnet" error in my application log. Apparently,
this occurs at each boot-up. Anyone know what this is and if there is a
solution.

To disable Performance Counters; add the following to both "PerfDisk" and "PerfNet" in the registry

DWORD value: Disable Performance Counter
Value data:
