Perfectdisk and BSOD

I'm running Win2K Pro SP4, and I installed Perfectdisk 6.0

Getting a BSOD on UHCD.SYS

The BSOD happens ONLY when I schedule Offline Defragment and reboot.
After the BSOD, I reboot, Perfectdisk attempts to initiate defragment,
but then completes as if a normal boot.

I reboot again. No BSOD.

Schedule Offline Defragment and reboot. BSOD on UHCD.SYS

Ran CHKDSK /F /R and rebooted. CHKDSK completed normally. Tried
again to schedule Offline Defragment and reboot. BSOD on UHCD.SYS

Window's defragger works fine. Perfectdisk SmartPlacement Defrag
works fine. But if I schedule Offline Defragment and reboot. BSOD on
UHCD.SYS

UHCD.SYS is the USB driver is the driver up to date? Have you tried
talking with Raxco?

I believe the date on it was June 2003, but I'll have to check to be
sure of that.

Not yet. I'd seen some responses from Greg Hayes in here, so I
thought I'd post and see what I got.

I'll send an inquiry off to Raxco.
