PC is crashing-What does this error log mean?

I'm using XP Pro. I've downloaded the latest updates. I've downloaded and
installed without problems all the latest drivers for my devices. Here's my
prob:

First my PC freezes, mostly during normal light use (usually while using
IE), then the PC beeps and it crashes. Screen goes on and off and I get a
Recovered from a Device Failure message and the desktop is overenlarged with
very few colors.
On restart, I view the error log-->

Can someone tell me what this all means and help me figure out what's making
it crash? Thanks.

What I would do is go into google & type in "BCCode" .
Also do a serach on Product:256_1. You will find mucho
there that might help. Do the BCP4 first...marvo
