When a file is copied to Mac volume from a PC this file is
not viewed on a Mac.

There is a limit to Mac volume sizes, but I'm sure you're no where near
hitting it with a single file. A Mac volume does have a limit of
approximatley 65,000 files or something like that.
I'd guess that your server's Mac volume may be corrupt. You can delete the
Mac volume and recreate it. Deleting a Mac volume is the equivalent of
deleting a Windows share. You're not deleting information, just the
connection point.
