patch for blaster?

DO i patch my currenly affected computer for another
computer or do I have to be using the infected computer.
Also does the patch completely wipe out the worm?

The patch itself protects you from the worm, but it does
not destroy it completely.

If you'd like to try my version of fixing the worm, look
at "My version of the MSBLAST RPC worm."
