Pagefile.sys problems i need more help

ok here is the exact problem i have 3 users on 1 computer using Win2000 pro when i log in on any user i get a pop up Msg stateing that i eather have no page file OR it is to small i folow the directions on how to fix it but when i do fix it and reboot and login agen i get the same msg and all the page file size hasnt changed. I have gotten help by some other people on here but it hasnt worked plz help if u have any Q's about my system just ask ill tell you

Usually occurs when the "Everyone" group permissions are removed from the
%systemdrive% Make sure that the System account (NT Authority) has full
control of the %systemdrive% and or the drive you're trying to put the
pagefile on. My Computer|Drive|File|Properties|Security|Permissions

The system account (nt authority) is the operating system's account and
needs to have full control of the drive(s) the pagefile exists on. The
system account is included in the "Everyone" group.
