Windows XP packets receive too less

Hello everybody,

I have the problem to get online today. My router is totally working prefect. when I check the network connection, the number of sending packets is normal. It is around 42,000 but the receive one is only around 100. I am not able to get online. I have turn off all firewalls already.

Anyone has idea?

Is this the router connecting 2 computers, or connecting you to the internet?

My router just connects to my computer. I had turned off the laptop for a few hours and it back to normal.
Weird!
