Packaging Powerpoint to a CD

I've created a slideshow of pictures and background music. When working with
it on my computer the timing of the music and the slides is perfect.
However, after packaging it to a CD and playing it from the CD...the timing
is off - it seems like the show moves slower because the music is over before
the slides are? Any suggestions?
