overclocking a 3200 barton and a7n8x 2.0

Hi all this is my first

I need some help on how to overclock my 3200 barton ( currently running at 2200 mhz )

I know more or less how to set the multipliers and FSB but what i need help with is the v-core voltage and if i need to change the ram speed ( memory ) which is pc3200 running also at 200mhz in the bios ( which resulting freq is 400 FSB) or do i need special memory modules for example pc3500 or pc4000?

my specs are

AMD ATHLON XP 3200+ "BARTON CORE"

ASUS A7N8X 2.0 DELUXE "BIOS ver 1007"

1 X 512 PC3200 DDR400 WITH HEATSINK

128 DDR ATI RADEON 9800 ALL IN WONDER

160 MAXTOR SATA

AND ALL THE REST IS NOT IMPORTANT

I would greately appreciate any help on this matter
