Outlook Today calendar and tasks

When some people on my domain look at Outlook Today, no calendar item
or tasks appear. There is no error message or anything, they just don'
appear. It is not related to display settings. I think it is
permissions issue as Outlook Today works normally on administrator
machines, but not on normal domain users. Any ideas on what's causin
this, and how I can fix it without giving the users admin rights? Al
users are using Outlook 2000 on Windows 2000. Thanks for the help.

Edit: Forget to mention, Microsoft Knowledge Base Article - 19550
talks about schedule+, nobody is using that here

Just wanted to mention that this is NOT the "customize outlook butto
doesn't work" problem. I tried those fixes just to make sure, didn'
solve the problem. Thanks if anyone has any ideas.

Outlook Today is HTML contained in the file outlwvw.dll. What information
gets displayed is controlled by the Registry key
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\x.x\Outlook\Today (where "x.x"
is the version of Office installed: 9.0 for OL2000, 10.0 for OL2002, and
11.0 for OL2003). When I had problems with Outlook Today, I corrected the
bad data in that key.
